Service was a little slow,and they seemed to cater more to the regulars than those they didnt know.Food was good though.Mom and Pop operation and good conversation.

I asked for cheesecake to take home. I should have looked at it before I left. It must've been a week old. It was disgusting!!!

Helpful wait staff. My BTL was okay, but the Buffalo tender wrap was awesome. I would go again just for that wrap!

I had the fish and chips. Simple and good. The tartar sauce is homemade and delicious. The waitress said on Friday and Saturday they have a special Reuben Sandwich plate for $8.99. I haven't tried it yet but really looking forward to it. My husband and I had a nice quiet time there. Will definitely go again soon.

This place is awesome and spacious, the menu was enchanting and the prices were very fair. quickly, effective service and very friendly staff members. Recommended.

This place is more of a bar than a restaurant. We happened to go on burger night. The food was good for the burger night price, but I wouldn't have paid the regular price for it. The place needs some interior work. It's kind of run down in my mind, but if you like the rough bar look, then maybe you won't mind.

It is intimate for it to have live bands. But it is nice

A hidden gem! Great food... Do not overlook it as a dinner spot because it looks like a pub!

This place is my preferred one. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I go the most. The team is very helpful and the cooking they serve is so tasty. I would always prefer to have a decent meal here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

I'm sure I have left a review before but Google is not showing it.The Mason Jar is one of the best live music venues in Greer. They have supported bands and those who love to attend shows and dance for as long as I can remember.All kinds of different music can be found here from Americana to rock to my own dance and party band Hot As A Pepper...In addition to the music, they offer amazing food!Yeah, it's a dive, but it's a great one.Stop in for a beer and some boogie!Try a burger or the chicken. It's all good!

Crowd was good as was the bartender. I believe the new owners are struggling with quality control however.

The worst place on Earth. Clientele is awful. Sloppy drunks stealing people's drinks off bar. Owner taking up for them saying it's ok. Dirty. All around terrible place.

Casual place with a very informal atmosphere. Enjoyed the food. Our server was very friendly and we had excellent service. Enjoyed my burger.

One of my favorite places to eat in Downtown Greer. I really like the quesadillas and margaritas!

First time going and planning to be a regular! The food was great and the service was too. I sat at the bar and was greeted immediately and food came out fresh, hot and delicious. I ate it all🤣

We were looking for a late night dinner, and after a google search, we found the Mason Jar had late hours—exactly what we needed. While our waitress was super friendly and attentive (we chose to eat outside), the hamburgers we order tasted like cardboard. The actual meat itself was seriously lacking flavor—like salt or seasoning was left out. Aside from that, the burger itself was “meh” at best. Both my husband and I ordered a different kind and the only difference was a bit of barbecue sauce and bacon. The prices weren’t bad, but with all the selection out there, we will not be coming back.

Super nice folks. I eat off regular hours, and they treated me just as well as any other time. Awesome burgers

Red meat on bread with melted cheese. I had the melt and it was Great! 5 stars This place don't disappoint. Also the eye candy bartender, nothing to complain about.

Good food. Cooked really well. Trivia on Tuesday nights is really fun. Price to food ratio is fantastic.

Always great food and Music

They ran out of tea while we were there but they did comp them once they got them for us. BLT did not come with mayo on it asked for it on the sandwich no such luck they then were supposed to bring it out on the side but they brought it without and did take a little bit and two different people to accomplish the task and it was not busy at the time. But it was decent. Sweet teas not strong.

BEST SOUTHERN FOOD EVER. My husband and I eat southern food every Sunday and we usually go to Cracker Barrell. Decided to try a new place and dare I say the food here trumps it. Searched southern food and The Mason Jar came up. When we arrived, was sketched out because it is a bar downtown. Had no idea. However, the food quality and service would make you think it was an actual restaurant. Literally everything I ordered was superb. Fried pork chop, macaroni, and the sweet potato casserole was one of the best! The fried pickles were amazing. Not too fried and not under fried. Just perfect. The pickles were sliced thin which made them perfect bite sized! Sweet tea is phenomenal, not too sweet and not too unsweet. My husband ordered the Turkey and gravey, green beans, and fried okra. He loved his meal. The fried okra was delicious! Definitely believe all the food is made with love. Returning this Sunday!!

The food was good, the service was adequate, but the place looks dirty and in need of repair. Not a pleasant atmosphere.

They have a great special on Wednesday nights on their burgers and fries.

Birthday party celebration on Trivia Tuesday!

Macy and Momma have great meat and two, especially the lasagna and meatloaf. Hamburger day is a great value. It is a great value lunch and dinner. Momma is the nicest woman and she'll take care of you.

Loved it! $6.99 custom hamburgers and fries every Wednesday. Couldn't open my mouth wide enough to even take a full bite. Try it you'll see!

The food is consistently good. Service is very hit or miss. I love that they have a Lego table - it keeps my kids happy so I can actually enjoy my meal. Any time a restaurant does something to make itself family-friendly, I have to give them a shout-out.

I adore this place! They give great meals, they have a nice menu, The chief cook in that spot is a professional, I enjoy very much trying all their dishes. The dishes are always fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the customers is efficient. I often go to this place and I not even once was unhappy. Highly recommended.

This place is hard to rate. Our waitress was great- super friendly, helpful, and attentive. However, the actual bar/restaurant was sub par. The prices aren't high, so that's a plus. I think I would come back to try it again, it got the feeling they were still ironing out some wrinkles.

From the first moment you step in that place the stuff gives you an excellent feeling. Very friendly waiters, it is a nice place to enjoy with friends or with your date. tasty meals, creative chef, reasonable price and excellent service. Highly recommended.
